I love working with photographers 1 on 1 because it gives us undivided time to hone in on exactly what’s working, what’s not, and the actionable steps needed to move the needle forward. While workshops can be an awesome way to gain new insights and learn, it can be difficult to invest a lot of time and money into a three day trip that leaves you walking away with bits and pieces you can use, and possibly a lot of information that you’re already familiar with. And don’t forget the amount of money your investing into gift bags, expensive lodging and excursions. I do believe there’s a place for the community, experience and connection that a workshop can offer, but if your desire is to focus in on reaching your top business goals and moving past where you’re at currently, it’s time to dig in deep and do some focused work.
